We take great care in creating our products using natural materials like sochang cotton and gauze, which may behave a little differently than synthetic fabrics. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products (tea towels, dishcloths, and kitchen fabrics), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

• Sochang cotton may naturally shrink slightly after the first wash or boil. This is part of the traditional fabric’s nature and not considered a fault.
• As our products are handmade and use natural materials, slight variations in size, texture, or stitching may occur. These are characteristics of artisan goods and are not eligible for returns.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return due to a fault or incorrect shipment.
